Harm Reduction Ohio founder discusses opioid settlement

Mike Kallmeyer discussed the opioid settlement with Dennis Cauchon, Founder and Executive Director of Harm Reduction Ohio.

Cauchon supports the settlement and said when all settlements come in, the monetary amount will reach $2 billion.
