House Republicans announce bill to legalize marijuana in Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — House Republicans are taking a hit at legalizing marijuana in Ohio.

State Representatives Jamie Callender, R-Concord, and Ron Ferguson, R-Wintersville, announced the Ohio Adult-Use Act Tuesday afternoon that would allow anyone over the age of 21 to grow, purchase or use marijuana or marijuana products.
