COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKEF) -- A bill moving through the Ohio House of Representatives would give more people access to naloxone and fentanyl test strips.

Senate Bill 296 would authorize access to the medication that can treat narcotic overdoses in emergency situations to all people and government entities to purchase, possess, distribute, dispense, personally furnish, sell and have any instrument or device to administer it.
