Lucas County commissioners join 'One Ohio' opioid lawsuit

TOLEDO, Ohio — Lucas County is joining other regions in Ohio fighting the opioid crisis to get a portion of a future settlement.

The entire state intends to settle together on an agreement known as "One Ohio" to help people who need assistance in the crisis.

Gov. Mike DeWine and Attorney General Dave Yost want to bring more money back to Ohioans impacted by opioids by grouping cities and counties together.
