Montgomery County’s 3 juvenile specialty dockets recertified by Supreme Court

The Ohio Supreme Court recertified the Montgomery County Juvenile Court’s three specialty dockets that aim to give local children and their families a second chance at a better life together.
The recertification of the Juvenile Treatment Court, the Juvenile Mental Health Court and the Family Treatment Docket demonstrates the juvenile court’s commitment to be more than a place that jails troubled youth or a place where children are taken away from parents, Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge Anthony Capizzi said.
