Ohio opioid settlement inching closer

MEDINA — Further specifics regarding Ohio's opioid epidemic settlement could be coming in the near-future.

Medina County Commissioner Bill Hutson said Tuesday that he attended a virtual meeting on the matter last week with administrators from across the state.

"The consensus seems to be that prosecutors are going to be taking the lead on developing an agreement that will govern our region," he said.
