Oxford to receive opioid settlement funds from five pharmaceutical companies

During Oxford City Council’s most recent meeting, council members passed a resolution to accept national opioid settlements from five pharmaceutical companies.

City Manager Doug Elliott said the settlement involves Teva, Allergan, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart. Elliott also added the total amount of money, as well as when it would be received is undetermined as of now.
