U.S. attorney: Make ban on fentanyl analogues permanent


Most Ohioans do not know that a deadly poison is being added to heroin, cocaine, crystal methamphetamine and, yes, even marijuana. It is called fentanyl, or one of its analogues. And it is killing people.

Here is one example:

By all accounts, Joseph Gray ran a highly profitable business on Cleveland’s east side and in the city’s eastern suburbs. He had hundreds of customers, an efficient distribution network that employed dozens, and he used innovative marketing techniques to distinguish his product from competitors.
