Wellsville signs memorandum to receive opioid litigation money

WELLSVILLE– Village council signed a memorandum of understanding at Tuesday’s council meeting. The memorandum of understanding is with the state of Ohio, and it was approved in a resolution.

The understanding sets the village up to receive opioid litigation money in the case of the state winning the lawsuit against the pharmaceutical companies.
